the reasons that lead to this change within a short period of time, especially in the capital, Riyadh, as it is always in the exponential rise and increase in prices compared to the scarcity of price decreases.<\/p>\n<p>Many of us know that the real estate market is subject to the same economic determinants that govern the circulation of commodities, the most important of which is supply and demand, so the more demand by the consumer, the higher the prices, and if the demand decreases, those prices gradually decrease, and on the other hand, if the supply of traders increases, the prices will decrease, while if the supply decreases, the prices will increase, especially in light of the increasing demand for the commodity, and this is precisely what causes prices to rise or fall in real estate.<\/p>\n<p>But in the capital, Riyadh, whose commercial economy, thanks to God, exceeds the economies of several countries combined according to the announced figures, which makes it lead the real estate market in the Kingdom, the matter is clear through the rapid growth of the volume of trade, urban development and infrastructure that included large projects and still under development in Riyadh, and there are several factors that explain the reasons that lead to this importance and in turn led to the high demand for real estate, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The size of workers in Riyadh represents 42% of the Kingdom's labor force, according to those registered in social insurance.<\/li>\n<li>The Kingdom has attracted many international companies to relocate their regional headquarters to Riyadh.<\/li>\n<li>The entertainment events programs, which significantly exceeded expectations, attracted tourists from all over the world in addition to boosting domestic
