The construction sector also witnessed a growth of 5.49%, an increase of 7% from last year, while the municipal sector's contribution to the economy amounted to 14%, reflecting the significant expansion of the housing and urban development sector in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Hogail pointed out that 2025 will witness a boom in housing supply, as the ministry aims to pump more than 20,000 housing units at prices below 450,000 riyals for citizens eligible for housing subsidies, with the aim of achieving a price balance in the market.
