Program sessions on the third and final day of the Future of Real Estate Forum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday, the Future of Real Estate Forum continued its program activities for the third and final day in the capital, Riyadh, amid great local and international participation.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/73871\/\">Al-Haqeel<\/a><\/strong>The off-plan sales and real estate brokerage systems have played a pivotal role in regulating the real estate market and enhancing its efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>In remarks on the sidelines of his participation in the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Reff_KSA\/status\/1883760550900855083?t=OLFzoMePWREJfTQcgNlJFA&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong>All systems related to land, from planning and selling to development and utilization, have become more sophisticated and mature, which has positively reflected on the sector's performance.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_ad jeg_ad_article jnews_content_inline_ads\">\n<div class=\"ads-wrapper align-center\">\n<div class=\"ads_code\">\n<div class=\"follow-us-container\">During his participation in the Future of Real Estate Forum, the minister revealed that the Kingdom's real estate sector recorded remarkable growth in 2024, with the growth rate reaching 6.49%, registering an increase of 14% compared to the previous year. The construction sector also witnessed a growth of 5.49%, an increase of 7% from last year, while the municipal sector's contribution to the economy amounted to 14%, reflecting the significant expansion of the housing and urban development sector in the Kingdom.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Participation of former U.S. President Bill Clinton<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Bill Clinton highlighted Saudi Vision 2030 as a bold plan that unites efforts and transcends competition to drive progress, prosperity, and shared success. He emphasized that true leadership lies in building a sustainable legacy that impacts future generations, which the leaders of Vision 2030 exemplify with their ambition and will to create lasting change.<\/p>\n<p>The former US president praised Saudi Arabia's unwavering vision, noting that Diriyah is a symbol that combines historical legacy, national progress and national pride, emphasizing that the Kingdom is moving steadily towards a future that reflects its great ambition.<\/p>\n<p>Clinton also noted Saudi Arabia's bold economic transformation, moving away from dependence on oil toward a more diversified and dynamic future driven by innovation and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n<p>Clinton noted the long-standing strategic relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States, which is based on cooperation, shared progress and a common vision for global stability and prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>Clinton concluded by emphasizing that the Saudi leadership is not only building economic prosperity, but giving its people the opportunity to shape their future, realize their aspirations, and make every day meaningful.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">3 pillars to attract investments to the real estate sector<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The CEO emphasized<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.my.gov.sa\/wps\/portal\/snp\/agencies\/agencyDetails\/AC401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong>According to Abdullah Al Hammad, the real estate legislation passed in recent years has contributed significantly to the regulation of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/72974\/\">For the real estate sector<\/a><\/strong>protect rights, strengthen partnerships, and improve the quality of real estate products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Hammad said in a statement on the sidelines of the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Reff_KSA\/status\/1883760550900855083?t=OLFzoMePWREJfTQcgNlJFA&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong>These legislations have played a key role in controlling the market and limiting irregular practices, noting that the authority is currently working on the governance of these regulations and ensuring their application through compliance and control mechanisms, in addition to raising real estate awareness among those working in the sector.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_ad jeg_ad_article jnews_content_inline_ads\">\n<div class=\"ads-wrapper align-center\">\n<div class=\"ads_code\">\n<div class=\"follow-us-container\">He added that the Authority relies on successive strategic plans aimed at building a more vibrant and attractive real estate market for investments, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, based on three main pillars, namely: Real Estate Sector Governance, Partner Support, and Market Efficiency, which are developed through long-term projects and initiatives.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Al Hammad pointed out that one of the main objectives of the authority during 2025 is to raise the rate of compliance with real estate legislation and increase the attractiveness of the market for foreign investors, which enhances the competitiveness of the Saudi real estate sector at the local and international levels.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">National Housing announces the launch of a logistics city<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In a strategic move to enhance its logistics and real estate capabilities,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nhc.sa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>National Housing Company<\/strong>\u00a0NHC<\/a>the executive arm of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, announced the launch of a logistics city in Khuzam, in collaboration with China's CITIC Construction Company and Al Rawaf Contracting Company.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement came as part of the\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/tag\/%d9%85%d9%86%d8%aa%d8%af%d9%89-%d9%85%d8%b3%d8%aa%d9%82%d8%a8%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1\/\">Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThe event was held today in Riyadh, where agreements and memorandums of understanding worth up to 30 billion riyals were signed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_ad jeg_ad_article jnews_content_inline_ads\">\n<div class=\"ads-wrapper align-center\">\n<div class=\"ads_code\">\n<div class=\"follow-us-container\">The latest move comes in the context of the cooperation agreement signed last May with CITIC Construction Group to establish an industrial city and logistics zones specialized in building materials, which includes 12 factories to secure supply chains for residential projects in the Kingdom.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The National Housing Company (NHC) continues to expand its portfolio, which includes 39 residential projects with an investment value of more than SAR 92 billion, spread across 17 Saudi cities, expected to host more than one million people.
