Registration in Madinah includes (43,697) real estate plots in the following neighborhoods: (Ain Al-Khayf neighborhood, Wadi Mudhaynab neighborhood, Al-Taqwa neighborhood, Al-Hadra neighborhood, part of King Fahd neighborhood, part of Al-Mahboubah neighborhood, part of Al-Muwaffad neighborhood, part of Al-Salama neighborhood, part of Al-Defense neighborhood, part of Al-Aziziyah neighborhood, Al-Ghadir neighborhood, Al-Duwaykhla neighborhood, Shaza'a neighborhood, Al-Iman neighborhood, and parts of Jashim neighborhood).<\/p>\n

In Qatif Governorate, registration for 30,297 pieces of real estate will begin in the following neighborhoods: (Al-Ruaiha, Al-Kawthar, Al-Badr, Granada, Al-Khaleej, Al-Firdous, Al-Muntazah, Al-Deira, Al-Aqeeq, Al-Bustan, Al-Naqa, Cordoba, Anak, Al-Salam, Al-Khasab, Al-Naseem, Al-Taf, Al-Ghadir, Al-Mahar, Al-Noor, Al-Buwadi, Al-Narjis, Al-Jumaimah, Al-Rif, Awamiyah, Zarah, Thuraya, Safa, Al-Amal, Al-Manar, Al-Orouba, Al-Rabwah, Umm Al Sahik, Hazm, Al-Marwah, Al-Hazm, Al-Badour, Al-Rahab, Al-Masif and Abu Maan).<\/p>\n

The real estate zones are determined according to several criteria based on the role of the General Authority for Real Estate as the competent authority for the in-kind registration of real estate in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration Law, while the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) carries out the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.<\/p>\n\n\n
