Al Murabba's participation in the forum underscores its commitment to support the private sector and contribute to driving economic growth in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>During the forum's sessions, New Square's Head of Business Development, Karl Chebrowski, reviewed the destination's integrated real estate solutions, which include residential and commercial projects, tourism and leisure facilities, and the retail sector, noting the importance of partnerships with the private sector to capitalize on the investment opportunities available in New Square.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at a panel discussion titled \u201cEnabling the Real Estate Market\u201d, New Square's Chief Financial Officer, Tariq Al Musharraf, emphasized the importance of integrating operational processes and financial resources to enhance efficiency and achieve a sustainable positive impact on the destination.<\/p>\n<p>He also touched on risk management mechanisms and transparency in all operations at the new square, noting that strategic cooperation with the private sector contributes to launching support for development work, ensuring the creation of an exceptional destination for future generations.<\/p>\n<p>The new square is characterized by large and sophisticated urban spaces that reflect a modern vision for development, featuring an integrated transportation system and
