In addition, an agreement worth SAR 130 million was signed to establish the first commercial center in the first neighborhood of Sidra.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth agreement, worth SAR 720 million, was signed to build more than 300 premium housing units in the Sidra community.<\/p>\n<p>Ian McBride, Chief Commercial Officer at ROSHN Group, said: \u201cAt ROSHN Group, our vision is not only to develop
