Public Authority for Real Estate <\/strong><\/a>about the impending deadline <a href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/\"><strong>For the first real estate registration <\/strong><\/a>For 158 neighborhoods, including 37 neighborhoods in Riyadh, 119 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province, including 79 neighborhoods in Dammam, 32 neighborhoods in Khobar, 8 neighborhoods in Qatif, and parts of neighborhoods in Madinah by the end of Thursday, February 27, 2025.<br \/>The Commission stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/74413\/\"><strong>Real estate registration<\/strong><\/a> It will be completed in the following neighborhoods in Riyadh: (part of Al-Khair, Al-Suwaidi, Sultana, Al-Durayhimiya, Al-Maathir, Al-Sharafiya, Umm Al-Hammam Al-Sharqiya, Umm Al-Hammam Al-Gharbiya, Al-Badiyah, Al-Araija, Al-Amal, Thalim, Al-Futah, Sukayrina, Manfouha, Maakal, Umm Sulaym, Al-Oud, Al-Yamama, Al-Wasita, Salam, Al-Washam, Jubra, Al-Batiha, Atiqa, Al-Salhiya, Al-Duwaiba, Al-Qura, Al-Shamisi, Ghubaira, Sayyah, Al-Jaradiyah, Al-Marqab, Al-Dahu, New Manfouha, Deira, Al-Rafiah).<br \/>The authority explained that registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Dammam city: (Badr, Uhud, Jalawiya, Al Khudhariya, Al Anoud, Al Atheer, Al Nour, Al Dabab, Al Faihaa, Industrial, Granada, Al Muhammadiyah, King Fahd Suburb, Al Qadisiyah, Al Rabia, Al Amana, Al Shorouk, Al Dana, Al Forsan, Al Bahira, Al Aziziyah, Al Jawhara, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Al Qusour, National Guard, Al Dana South, Al Qashla, Doha North, West Dhahran, Doha South, Dana North, Al Wissam, Dhahran Industrial neighborhood, Iskan North, Uruba South, Al Hazm, Iskan South, Uruba North Al Joud, part of Al Shalaa neighborhood, Airport, Hadaba, Second Industrial, Support Services, Al Qazzaz, Al Dawasir, East Beach, Al Nakheel, Al Adama, Al Badea, Al Khaleej, Al Hamra, Prince Mohammed bin Saud, Al Amamra, Al Tabishi, Al Mazrouiya, Al Badia, Al Zuhoor, Al Rabie, Al Salam, Al Souk, Al Nasiriyah, West Beach, Al Hussam, Al Sadafa, Khalidiyah South, Al Naseem, King Abdulaziz Port, Al Nourse, Seef, North Raka, Khalidiyah North, Safa, King Faisal University City, Fanar, Half Moon Beach, West Al Aziziyah).<br \/>In Khobar governorate, registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (Ibn Sinai, South Khobar, Al Thabba, Al Bandariya, Al Rakah South, Green Belt, Tahlia, Jisr, Corniche, Al Aqrabiya, Al Bustan, Golden Belt, Al Jawhara, Al Huda, Al Khozama, Al Olaya, Al Hamra, Al Taawun, Al Sahel, Al Rawabi, Cordoba, Al Yarmouk, Workers City, Al Iskan, Al Khobar North, Al Thabba Industrial Area, Al Andalus, Ashbiliya, Al Bahr, Al Khor, Al Fawaziya Industrial Area).<br \/>In Qatif Governorate, registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (Al-Zuhour, Al-Ujam, Al-Talal, Al-Faihaa, Al-Rawabi, Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Rayhan, Al-Maha), and registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Madinah: (part of the Qubaiba neighborhood, part of the Abu Sidr neighborhood).<br \/>The Authority called on the owners of properties located within the scope of the mentioned neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the Land Registry platform www.rer.sa before the registration period expires in order to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur in the property.<br \/>She pointed out that the Land Registry will issue a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to serve as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, thus contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.<br \/>The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties stipulated in the Real Estate Registration Law, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.<br \/>It is worth mentioning that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is tasked with implementing the establishment and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services
