He noted that the certification of (Listing, Operations) for commercial and residential projects complements the previous certification of (Design, Construction) systems for residential and commercial projects.<\/p>\n<p>GRESB accreditation is a global standard for assessing the sustainability of real estate and infrastructure projects, and it serves as a key indicator relied upon by more than 150 investment and financial institutions to make informed and sustainable decisions.
