The distribution periods varied between funds that commit to giving quarterly returns, while others prefer semi-annual distributions, while one fund, Al Jazeera REIT, only distributes its profits annually.<\/p>\n<p>In contrast, three REITs exited the list of distributors in 2024, making no distributions at all: \u201cMEFIC REIT, SECO Saudi REIT, and Arik Investment REIT.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Breakdown by period<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>7 funds committed to distributing their profits every quarter with a total distribution of SAR 547 million.<br \/>\n9 funds favored semi-annual distribution with a total value of 351 million riyals.<br \/>\nOne fund only distributed an annual dividend of SAR 5 million.<br \/>\nAl Rajhi REIT in the lead<br \/>\nAl Rajhi REIT topped the list of funds with the highest distributions, after distributing about SAR 150.2 million in 2024 through quarterly distributions. In second place was Jadwa REIT Saudi Arabia with distributions amounting to SAR 149.2 million across 4 installments, while Bunyan REIT came third with total distributions of SAR 109.1 million.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">SEDCO Capital and Hotel Development among the big boys<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>SEDCO Capital REIT came in fourth place with distributions amounting to SAR 93.5 million during the year, while Alinma Hotel REIT came in fifth place with SAR 65.3 million distributed in two installments, with SAR 32.6 million in each installment.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">3 funds with no distributions. Aric Rhett in the spotlight<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The three funds that were absent from the 2024 distributions are MEFIC REIT, SECO Saudi REIT, and ARIC REIT.<\/p>\n<p>MIFIC REIT last distributed SAR 5.9 million in 2023, while SECO Saudi REIT distributed SAR 8.6 million in 2024 before it was discontinued. Investment Arik REIT, which was newly listed in September 2024 with an offering proceeds of SAR 185 million, has not yet made any distributions, despite having assets worth SAR 1.24 billion, with net assets reaching SAR 587 million by the end of the year.
