The Authority\u2019s official spokesperson, Taysir bin Muhammad Al-Mufarraj, emphasized that the Authority\u2019s participation stems from its role in highlighting the Saudi real estate sector and its contribution to diversifying investment sources\u2014one of the most important objectives of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030\u2014 in addition to highlighting the role of real estate regulations in increasing the attractiveness of investment in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

He added that Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a> <\/strong>Today, all government agencies are sharing their experiences and best practices in regulatory work, and this is evident in all international forums, where there is significant interest in the Kingdom\u2019s legislation that enables economic sectors to achieve sustained growth, Furthermore, the General Real Estate Authority\u2019s participation in international real estate exhibitions and conferences, in general, is part of its role in raising awareness and encouraging investment in the Saudi real estate sector.<\/p>\n

Al-Mufarraj explained that, during its participation in the \u201cInternational Real Estate Exhibition\u201d (IPIM 2025), the Authority is reviewing the real estate legislative framework, which includes the \u201dReal Estate Brokerage System,\u201d and the \u201cReal Estate Contributions System,\u201d in addition to activities regulated by the Authority, including: (off-plan sales and leasing, the Rental Program, the Real Estate Unit Classification Program, the Owners Program, the Saudi Real Estate Institute, and the Real Estate Registry). Participation in this international gathering will enable the Authority to meet with senior officials, executives, and international experts in the real estate industry to introduce them to these systems, as well as to highlight the real estate opportunities in the Kingdom and its economic diversity. Through its participation, the Authority will also learn about the latest developments offered by participating countries in the fields of real estate technology, process automation, and the development of real estate legislation.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the MIPIM International Real Estate Exhibition, which has been held since 1990, and is held annually in Cannes, France, is considered one of the most important and prominent real estate events on a global scale, bringing together leaders in the real estate and construction industries from around the world, and this year\u2019s edition features more than 20,000 participants representing over 90 countries, in addition to more than 300 global institutions and companies in the field of real estate development and marketing.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
