{"id":75860,"date":"2025-03-21T15:53:41","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T12:53:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=75860"},"modified":"2025-11-25T23:04:59","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T23:04:59","slug":"%d8%aa%d9%88%d9%82%d9%8a%d8%b9-%d8%a7%d8%aa%d9%81%d8%a7%d9%82%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%af%d8%b9%d9%85-%d9%84%d8%ad%d9%85%d9%84%d8%a9-%d8%ac%d9%88%d8%af-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d9%86%d8%a7%d8%b7%d9%82-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/75860\/","title":{"rendered":"More than 41 million riyals in support agreements signed on the night of Joud Waqfat al-Joud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the night of the recent \u201cNight of Generosity\u201d event, the \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/joodeskan.sa\/\">Housing quality<\/a><\/strong>\u201dA number of support and donation agreements were signed, totaling more than 41,676,500 riyals, as part of the \u2018Joud Al-Manat\u2019 campaign aimed at supporting eligible families and providing them with adequate housing.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements and donations included a contribution of 15 million riyals from the National Housing Company (NHC) and 10 million riyals from the Arab National Bank, in addition to financial support of 3 million riyals from the Saleh Al-Rajhi Endowment, as well as 1.5 million riyals from Al-Salhia Company, 1 million riyals from Makyoun Urban Developers, 600,000 riyals from Ladan Investment Company, and 500,000 riyals from Refinancing Company.<\/p>\n<p>The donations also included in-kind support from Tilal Real Estate Company worth 2 million riyals in the form of 3 residential units, and from Maya Real Estate Development Company worth 454,500 riyals in the form of a residential apartment, and from Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Habib Company, valued at 622,000 riyals, in the form of a residential villa, in addition to financial donations from Abdulrahman Saad Al-Rashid &amp; Sons Company in the amount of 4 million riyals, and Rashid Al-Rashid Company in the amount of 3 million riyals.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, the Secretary-General of the Community-Based Developmental Housing Foundation \u201c<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/sakan.org.sa\/\">housing<\/a><\/strong>\u201cAbdulaziz Al-Kuraidis expressed his thanks and appreciation to all parties that contributed to supporting the second edition of the \u201cJoud Al-Manati\u201d campaign.
