Signed Al-Balad Al-Amin Company for Development and Urban Planning<\/a><\/strong> Arab Centers Company (\u201cSinomi Centers\u201d) signed a memorandum of understanding in the presence of His Excellency the Secretary-General The Holy Capital<\/a><\/strong> Musaed bin Abdulaziz Al-Daoud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Balad Al-Amin Company, with the aim of collaborating on the development of an integrated commercial project on the Fourth Ring Road along Dr. Abdulqadir Kushk Road, covering an area of more than 155,000 square meters, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the economic and urban landscape of the Holy Capital.<\/p>\n

The memorandum aims to provide a strategic framework for cooperation between the two parties in conducting an economic feasibility study for the establishment of a commercial project that will enrich the pilgrimage and Umrah experience and improve the quality of life for citizens, residents, and visitors, This partnership also strengthens the private sector\u2019s role in achieving the goals of Vision 2030 by developing high-quality projects that comply with the rules and regulations in force at the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n
