And \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/75706\/\">Map of Saudi Architecture<\/a><\/strong>\u201dIts importance lies in the cultural and geographic diversity it reflects, and in its long-term contribution to the development of sustainable urban cities that are in harmony with their local environment.\u201d.<br><br><strong> The City Design Project<br><\/strong>Saudi architecture is a comprehensive urban concept that showcases the authentic and diverse architectural styles found across the Kingdom\u2019s various regions, and is reinforced through design guidelines that strike a balance between tradition and modernity, contributing to the development of contemporary architectural solutions that reflect the Kingdom\u2019s aesthetic and cultural heritage, with the aim of fostering a modern urban environment that retains its local character.<br> As an embodiment of urban identity, the map is one of the national projects that are reshaping the cities of the Kingdom and redefining the details of daily life within a contemporary architectural framework centered on people and place, thereby embodying the national identity and the spirit of each region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>19 different architectural styles<br><\/strong>The master plan is based on 19 architectural styles that have been carefully selected to complement the character and culture of each region, serving as an extension of the local environment and a reflection of its geographic and cultural diversity, It offers flexible options that cater to a wide range of preferences and suit different lifestyles, including Najdi architecture, and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/74830\/\">Najdi Architecture<\/a><\/strong> Northern Architecture, Tabuk Coastal Architecture, Medina Architecture, Medina Rural Architecture, Hijazi Coastal Architecture, Taif Architecture, Sarawat Mountains Architecture, Asir Regional Architecture, Tihama Foothills architecture, Tihama Coastal architecture, Abha Highlands architecture, Jar Farasan architecture, Bisha Desert Architecture, Najran Architecture, Al-Ahsa Oasis Architecture, Al-Qatif Architecture, Eastern Coast Architecture, and Eastern Najd Architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An Effective Economic Contribution<br><\/strong>The plan is based on flexible design guidelines that fall into three main styles: the traditional style, which preserves the details of heritage architecture; the transitional style, which blends tradition and modernity; and the contemporary style, which offers modern solutions inspired by local character. The \u201cSaudi Architecture Map\u201d is expected to have an economic, social, and cultural impact, with an estimated contribution exceeding 8 billion riyals to cumulative gross domestic product, and the creation of more than 34,000 direct and indirect jobs by 2030, while playing an active role in supporting the tourism sector by showcasing cities with unique and attractive architectural character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its first phase, Saudi Architecture will launch pilot projects in four major cities\u2014Mecca, Al-Ahsa, Taif, and Abha\u2014to apply authentic architectural styles, with plans to expand the initiative to the rest of the Kingdom\u2019s cities at a later stage. As part of the implementation plan, \u201cSaudi Architecture\u201d relies on integrated partnerships with government agencies, real estate developers, and engineering firms. Through the Saudi Architecture Support Center, it provides engineering design studios and design review services, as well as training workshops to develop national talent in the fields of design and engineering.
