on<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/\"> Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> (207,885) parcels of land in (230) neighborhoods in the Eastern Province, including (139) neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa Governorate, (80) neighborhoods in Al-Qatif Governorate, (11) neighborhoods in Jubail, and one property in Dammam, and (252) real estate parcels in the Mirat Governorate in the Riyadh Region, starting on 8 Shawwal 1446 AH, corresponding to April 6, 2025 AD, through the end of the day on the 15th of Muharram 1447 AH, corresponding to July 10, 2025 AD.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Targeted Neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa Governorate<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Real Estate Authority clarified that the neighborhoods benefiting from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/74413\/\">Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> At this stage, this includes the following neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa Governorate: (Al-Sina\u2019iya Neighborhood, Al-Rabia Neighborhood, Prince Sultan South Suburb, Central Al-Ayoun, South Al-Ayoun, North neighborhoods: (Al-Muraqab, Al-Waha, Al-Dana, Al-Marjan, Al-Dhabab, Al-Tawiya, Al-Bustan, Al-Yarmouk, Al-Arifi Industrial Area, Al-Taawon, and Taybah). Registration also covers the real estate area located between Abu Hadriya Road, the Dhahran Industrial District, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah Road in Dammam. It was noted that the neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and announcements regarding the remaining regions, provinces, and neighborhoods that will undergo on-site real estate registration across various areas of the Kingdom will be made in due course.<\/p>\n<p>The Real Estate Authority noted, that initial registration of real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https:\/\/rer.sa or through service centers, noting that in-person registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to real estate registration to verify their property title deeds, and to ensure they meet the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration. Information on the registration process is available through the Authority\u2019s official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.<\/p>\n<p>Starting on the scheduled date for the commencement of registration, a \u201cProperty Number\u201d and a title deed will be issued for each registered real estate unit. The title deed will include (property details, descriptions, condition, and associated rights and obligations linked to precise geospatial information, thereby contributing to the strengthening of infrastructure and the sustainability of the real estate sector). The real estate registration system aims to enhance the reliability of real estate transactions and promote transparency in the real estate
