    A clear mechanism for increasing the annual rent should be established based on specific indicators, such as the inflation rate or average rent prices in the area. A cap may be set on the annual rent increase (e.g., 5\u201310% per year), with a specific timeframe specified (e.g., the rent may not increase during the term of the lease until 12 months have elapsed since signing).<\/p>\n
