Similarly, the price of concrete (250 k compressive strength) rose by 0.02%, reaching 204.43 riyals per cubic meter.<\/p>\n<p>As for concrete (standard 350 kg), the price rose by 0.3% to 214.98 riyals per cubic meter, while the price of concrete (standard 250 kg) reached 195.66 riyals per cubic meter, an increase of 0.1%.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Cement prices vary<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>As for cement prices, black cement rose by 0.6% last March to reach 15.84 riyals per 50 kg. On the other hand, domestic white cement recorded a slight decrease of 0.1%, reaching 37.83 riyals per 50 kg.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">A significant increase in the prices of other materials<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>As for the prices of other materials, there were some notable increases: the price of domestic gypsum rose by 0.3% to 16 riyals per 40 kg. The price of white sand also rose by 3.5% to 84.05 riyals, while the price of mixed aggregate (sand and gravel) increased by 2.7% to 54.68 riyals per cubic meter.
