Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers approved yesterday the amendment of the White Land Fees Law and the <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/laws.boe.gov.sa\/BoeLaws\/Laws\/LawDetails\/f0b5bf9f-efb9-4dd1-9f35-ad3b00b3aef3\/1?csrt=2251477093479941886\">Updated organizational structure and manual for the Ministry of Investment<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The Council expressed its appreciation for the efforts of the government entities that contributed to <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/77107\/\">Achievements (Saudi Vision 2030)<\/a><\/span><\/strong> Council members also appreciated the generous donation of one billion riyals made by His Highness the Crown Prince to the National Development Housing Corporation (NDHC) as it approaches its ninth year of achieving or exceeding the targets of national programs and strategies.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Information pointed out that the Council discussed the third phase of the Kingdom's Vision in 2026, which focuses on sustaining the impact of transformation, taking advantage of new growth opportunities, following up and strengthening ongoing initiatives, and aligning the plans and programs of the Vision to increase the economy's diversification and
