Five funds announced the distribution of quarterly dividends to their unit holders for Q1 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Riyad REIT led the declines, falling to SAR 2724 million compared to SAR 2920 million in the previous quarter, with a decline of SAR 196 million as a result of the sale of a real estate owned by the fund. This was followed by SEDCO Capital with a decrease of SAR 57 million, with the fund's assets falling to SAR 2548 million compared to SAR 2605 million.<\/p>\n<p>Al Rajhi REIT led the funds in terms of total assets, which amounted to 3169 million riyals compared to 3142 million riyals for the previous quarter with a growth of 0.9%, and the fund manages 20 properties, followed by Jadwa REIT Saudi
