#800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/77405\/\">For Real Estate Exchange Traded Funds (REITs)\u00ab<\/a><\/span><\/strong> amounted to about 9.9 billion riyals, representing 33.4% of total assets <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saudiexchange.sa\/wps\/portal\/saudiexchange\/ourmarkets\/funds-market-watch\/reits?locale=ar\">REITs<\/a><\/strong><\/span> At the end of the first quarter of SAR 29.8 billion, three listed funds reportedly did not resort to borrowing and have no bank dues: Alinmaa Hotel REIT, Al Jazira REIT, and Waha REIT.<\/p>\n<p>In details, Riyad REIT received 1373 million riyals, representing the highest percentage of loans, followed by Arik REIT Diversified Investment Fund with a borrowing ratio of 49% equivalent to about 606 million riyals compared to assets size of 1236 million riyals, and thirdly Musharaka REIT with 677 million riyals representing 42.6% of total assets at the end of Q1 20254.<\/p>\n<p>In fourth place is the Malia REIT with a loan value of 664 million riyals representing 41.1% out of the fund's total assets of 1613 million riyals, and in fifth place is the SEDCO REIT with a loan value of 39.3% equivalent to 1001 million riyals out of total
