<\/strong>Represented by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/77311\/\">Housing<\/a><\/strong>in its efforts to support the housing sector and improve the quality of life for citizens, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The achievements included providing (213) ready-made housing units from the market, implementing (81) self-construction projects for beneficiaries, allocating (32) land and loans, sorting (48) real estate units within the organization and development procedures, and handing over (22) units within the projects<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/70356\/\"> Developmental housing<\/a><\/strong>in addition to supporting (57) beneficiaries who are struggling to pay their rent.<\/p>\n<p>She pointed out that a satisfaction rate of (97%) was achieved for housing services, with the implementation of (70) field tours to follow up projects and needs, and the provision of its services through (18) centers and (40) working days within the digital development caravan, in addition to delivering electricity to (439) residential plots in the Jubus Dhafila scheme in Qalwa governorate, and completing (98%) of infrastructure works in Tilal Al-Maqarha project.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Baha Municipality emphasized its commitment to strengthening partnerships with the relevant authorities to provide integrated housing
