remarkable growth in the number of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/69596\/\">Real estate deals<\/a><\/strong>which amounted to 811 transactions, with a value of about 135.9 million riyals during the first quarter of 2025, achieving a growth rate of about 104.1% compared to the same period in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The report issued by the Department of Research and Economic Studies <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ncci.org.sa\/en\/ar\/\">Northern Borders Chamber<\/a><\/strong>The number of real estate deals in the region increased from 645 deals in the first quarter of 2024 to 811 deals in the same period of 2025, and the value of deals increased from about 66.6 million riyals to about 135.9 million riyals, with a growth rate of 104.1%.<\/p>\n<p>The report noted that the traded areas in<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/66621\/\"> Real estate deals<\/a><\/strong> It witnessed significant growth, rising from about 945.3 thousand square meters to more than 1.5 million square meters, reflecting a recovery in the real estate movement and the expansion of urban development projects in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The report emphasized that this growth comes as a result of efforts to improve the real estate investment environment and enhance transparency in transactions, which contributes to attracting more local and regional
