Announced Public Authority for Real Estate<\/strong><\/a> Regarding the expiration of the deadline for the initial in-kind registration of real estate for 55 neighborhoods\u2014including 15 in Madinah, 40 in the Qatif Governorate, and 18 parcels of land in the Harimla Governorate\u2014as of the end of yesterday, Thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Commission stated that Real estate registration<\/strong><\/a> It will end in the following neighborhoods in Madinah: (Ain al-Khayf, Wadi Muzaynab, al-Taqwa, al-Hudra, part of King Fahd, part of al-Mahbouba, a part of Al-Maba\u2019uth neighborhood, a part of Al-Salamah neighborhood, a part of Al-Difa\u2019 neighborhood, a part of Al-Aziziyah neighborhood, Al-Ghadir neighborhood, Al-Duweikhalah neighborhood, Shathah neighborhood, Al-Iman neighborhood, and parts of Jashm neighborhood), while in-person registration ends in the following neighborhoods in the Qatif Governorate (Al-Ruwayha, Al-Kawthar, Al-Badr, Granada, Al-Khaleej, Al-Firdaws, Al-Muntazah, Al-Dira, Al-Aqiq, Al-Bustan, Al-Naqi, Qurtuba, Anka, Al-Salam, Al-Khassab, Al-Naseem, Al-Taf, Al-Ghadir, Al-Mahar, Al-Nour, Al-Bawadi, Al-Nargis, Al-Jumayma Al-Rif, Al-Awamiya, Al-Zara, Al-Thuraya, Al-Safa, Al-Amal, Al-Manar, Al-Arouba, Al-Rabwa, Umm Al-Sahk, Hazm, Al-Marwa, Al-Hazm, Al-Badour, Al-Rehab, Al-Maseef, and Abu Ma\u2019an).<\/p>\n

The General Real Estate Authority clarified that the on-site registration of real estate for 18 parcels in the Harimla Governorate, located along the old Riyadh\u2013Sudair\u2013Al-Qassim Road, will conclude, It urged owners of properties located within these neighborhoods to promptly register their properties through the Land Registry platform (rer.sa) before the registration period ends, in order to benefit from services related to real estate transactions and to document all changes made to the property.
\nThe Authority noted that the Land Registry will issue a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, The new title deed will include the property\u2019s precise geographic location, the owner\u2019s details, a description of the property, its condition, the associated rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions pertaining to it, serving as the basis for documenting ownership and the associated real estate rights, thereby contributing to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its key drivers.<\/p>\n

She emphasized that failure to register real estate within the period specified in the announcement exposes owners to the financial penalties set forth in the Real Estate Registration System, which are determined by a committee authorized to review violations, and that applications for real estate registration will continue to be accepted in all designated areas even after the registration period specified in the announcement has ended.<\/p>\n
