This license not only provides legitimacy, but is also a passport to wide opportunities and competitive advantages in an increasingly demanding and regulated sector.<\/p>\n<p>The General Real Estate Authority explained in an infographic the requirements for issuing a license <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/77196\/\">Real estate brokerage<\/a><\/strong> For establishments, whether a new company or an existing real estate office wishing to provide brokerage services, real estate marketing, or contract documentation electronically.<\/p>\n<p>This license comes as part of KDIPA's plans to control real estate performance and ensure that the activity is practiced in accordance with statutory regulations that preserve rights and promote professionalism and transparency in real estate transactions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Conditions and requirements for obtaining a license:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To ensure that facilities comply with the legal and regulatory frameworks, the Authority has set a set of basic conditions that must be met in order to obtain a license:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Having a valid commercial register, which includes among its authorized activities the real estate brokerage activity.<\/li>\n<li>The responsible manager must be qualified to practice the activity, as determined by the Authority.<\/li>\n<li>The responsible manager must be fully competent and not convicted of a crime against honor or honesty, unless he has been rehabilitated.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a training certificate for the manager or employees within the facility, proving that they have passed the qualification program approved by the Real Estate Institute.<\/li>\n<li>Pay the license fee set by the Authority.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with any other regulatory requirements stipulated in the approved regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Professional empowerment for offices and organizations<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The license provides real estate establishments with an official platform to work within the developed Saudi real estate system, and helps them provide reliable real estate services, including mediation in buying and selling, marketing real estate, and concluding contracts electronically through approved platforms, which enhances their ability to grow and compete.<\/p>\n<p>This step is a continuation of the Authority's efforts to raise the quality of real estate services, reduce irregular practices, and create a regulated real estate environment that meets the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering the private sector and achieving a balance between supply and demand in the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p><a
