Tabuk Municipality<\/a><\/strong> More than 1,400 cadastral decisions during the first half of 2025, as part of its efforts in issuing cadastral decisions to promote sustainable urban development, improve urban planning, and meet the needs of citizens efficiently and quickly.<\/p>\n<p>The Undersecretary for Urban Planning and Land, Engineer Ibrahim Najim Al-Huwaiti, explained that the agency completed 1438 cadastral requests during the past six months, with a completion time that did not exceed one day for each request, stressing that cadastral decisions play a pivotal role in supporting urban development by facilitating the sorting of land and buildings, issuing building permits, accelerating the construction movement and developing urban projects, with emphasis on the importance of identifying <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/64746\/\">Real estate instruments<\/a><\/strong>to promote property documentation and guarantee citizens' rights.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that these efforts come within a clear vision that aims to achieve sustainable development and enhance the efficiency of services provided to citizens in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, stressing the continuation of work to improve performance and accelerate services to meet the needs of the community, and achieve a balance between urban planning and preserving Tabuk's urban
