citizens.<\/p>\n<p>The number of completed projects in the field of rain and floods amounted to five projects at a total cost of 41,000,000 riyals, including two projects to increase the capacity of the first rainwater drainage station in Jizan city, the construction of the second station in the city at a cost of (18,000,000) riyals, the implementation of three projects to expand rainwater drainage networks with a length of \u201c14\u201d kilometers kilometers, and the implementation of protections to prevent flood risks in Jizan city and the governorates at a cost of (23,000,000) riyals.<\/p>\n<p>She explained that she is working on the implementation of 14 projects at a total cost of (345,000,000) riyals, including three projects to establish the third, fourth and fifth rainwater drainage stations in Jizan city at a cost of (40,000,000) riyals, in addition to operational projects at a cost of (15,000,000) riyals, and is also implementing three projects to expand drainage networks in Jizan city and governorates to reduce critical locations for rainwater accumulation at a cost of (45,000,000) riyals,In addition to the construction of the rainwater drainage station and network, which includes the construction of two stations and a 16-kilometer drainage network to cover the northern neighborhoods of Jizan city at a cost of (195,000,000) riyals, and the construction of six projects to prevent flood risks in Jizan city and governorates, including ferries and retaining walls, at a cost of (47,000,000) riyals.<\/p>\n<p>The Municipality emphasized that these projects reflect its commitment to strengthening infrastructure, providing a safe and sustainable environment for citizens, and facing climate challenges, which contributes to ensuring the safety of residents and improving the quality of life in the region, noting that these projects will contribute to achieving sustainable development and enhancing environmental stability, in line with
