Announced Ministry of Municipalities and Housing<\/a><\/strong> In cooperation with Ashraq Development Company<\/a><\/strong>the development arm of the Eastern Province Municipality and the National Center for Privatization, announced the launch of the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) phase for the King Fahd Boulevard project in Dammam, which will be implemented through a public-private partnership model, with a contract that includes design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance, and transportation for 30 years.<\/p>\n

The project covers a total area estimated at (1,000,000 m\u00b2) and will be implemented in two phases, taking into account the balanced allocation of facilities, services, green spaces and infrastructure.<\/p>\n

The project includes the development of a 4km-long main corridor, which includes a mixed-use area surrounded by 7.3km-long parks.
\nThe private sector partner will be responsible for developing all of the project's facilities, including recreational facilities, parks, retail and office space, hospitality services, and road networks.<\/p>\n

The project is expected to contribute to reshaping the urban landscape of King Fahd Suburb in Dammam by providing a vibrant urban environment in the Eastern Province, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance the quality of life, stimulate sustainable development, and enable the private sector to contribute to the development of municipal infrastructure.<\/p>\n
