This came during his participation in the \u201cEnterprise Support Council\u201d organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at), in conjunction with the launch of the Real Estate and Construction Week<\/a><\/strong>which is currently being held at the Enterprise Support Centers in Riyadh, Medina, Jeddah, and Al Khobar, and continues until July 3, with the participation of a number of government and private entities.<\/p>\n The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has launched a number of initiatives aimed at supporting real estate developers and enabling them to access available investment opportunities, Al Tawil explained, noting the importance of exploiting the pace of development witnessed by the sector to support the entry of more entrepreneurs and startups.<\/p>\n The \u201cReal Estate and Contracting Week\u201d included a workshop organized by the Saudi Contractors Authority, during which it provided an introduction to its services and support programs for entrepreneurs and beneficiaries of the sector, as part of its efforts to empower those working in the field of real estate.
