In this context, the head of the Tourism Excellence Experts Club, Ibrahim Alkreda, revealed important details related to the conditions and classifications of tourism real estate, stressing its distinctiveness from other types of real estate in terms of operation and design.<\/p>\n

During an interview on Al-Ikhbariya TV, Al-Kreeda explained that the tourist property has different operational requirements, as it is intended for tourists to stay for short or medium periods, and is designed according to specific specifications that meet the needs of various categories of visitors.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that these requirements are related to the type of tourist and the purpose of the visit, explaining that the requirements of commercial tourists differ from the needs of families or mountain or heritage tourism enthusiasts. Hence, operational and service specifications are imposed that take into account the specificity of each type of tourism activity.<\/p>\n
