The events of \u201cReal Estate and Construction Week<\/strong><\/a>\u201c, organized by the Business Support Centers at the Business Support Center headquarters in Madinah, will run through tomorrow, Thursday, July 3, 2025, with the aim of supporting and empowering entrepreneurs in the real estate and construction sectors.
\nThe day\u2019s events included a session titled \u201cThe Journey of Real Estate Registration in the Kingdom,\u201d presented by Yazid Al-Yahya, the official spokesperson for the \u201cReal Estate Registry,\u201d who explained that real estate registration aims to compile and document all information related to real estate in the Kingdom, including ownership details, boundaries, areas, and associated rights and obligations. He noted that this system contributes to the creation of a unified and accurate real estate registry that enhances the sustainability and development of the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

A panel discussion titled \u201cHighlighting the Benefits and Role of the Business Size Certificate\u201d was also organized, presented by Lama Al-Zuhairi, a data solutions specialist at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha\u2019at), During the session, she highlighted the importance of the Enterprise Size Certificate, which is an identification document issued by \u201cMonsha\u2019at\u201d to classify small and medium-sized enterprises and grant them numerous benefits and preferential treatment in their dealings with government agencies.
