Rental Fact\u201d service, which allows stakeholders to register new rental facts in an easy way through the electronic platform, as part of the program's efforts to enhance transparency and preserve rights between the parties to the contractual relationship.<br>According to the \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.ejar.sa\/\">Rent<\/a><\/strong>\u201d in an infographic, including <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/68520\/\">Rental Registration Service<\/a><\/strong> Five basic steps that can be easily completed electronically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Log in to the platform, click on the \u201cRentals\u201d option and then select \u201cRegister a new rental event\u201d.<br><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-color\">Read the service requirements carefully, then click on the \u201cNext\u201d option\u201d<br>Fill out the required data, which includes the applicant's information, landlord and tenant data, contract duration, unit and property specifications, reasons for notarization (if any), mediation office data, and supporting documents.<br>Once the information has been entered, click \u201cSubmit\u201d to complete the application<br>After submitting the request, the result is displayed to the applicant, where the request is either accepted or rejected with a reason if not approved<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements for landlord and tenant:<br><\/strong>Ejar explained that if the applicant is the lessor, he must attach the paper contract and the title deed.<br> If the applicant is the tenant, it is sufficient to attach the paper contract only.<br>This service comes within the objectives of the Housing Program and Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to digitize real estate procedures, raise the level of trust between the parties to the rental process, and facilitate services for citizens and residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This step also reinforces the General Real Estate Authority's efforts to regulate the market and provide an accurate and reliable database of rental contracts and facts, which supports monitoring, analysis and decision-making processes.<br>To take advantage of the service, Ejar invited all interested parties to visit the official platform
