DAMAC Properties\u2019 revenue for the first nine months of 2015 totaled approximately 6.77 billion dirhams, while the company\u2019s net profit for the period was estimated at 3.67 billion dirhams, representing a 43% increase compared to the first nine months of 2014.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cash and bank balances totaled 9.87 billion dirhams, while the value of properties under development stood at 7.74 billion dirhams as of September 30, 2015, and net cash from operating activities reached 2.33 billion dirhams. Earnings per share for the nine-month period were 0.61 dirhams per share, and in line with the 2015 guidance, approximately 2,500 units across the company\u2019s entire development portfolio are expected to be delivered during 2015.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
