rest of the previous real estate regulations and legislation related to direct ownership or through participation in listed real estate companies, as it paved the way for this decision and made it a turning point in the competition for real estate in specific areas that will become clear after the issuance of the executive regulations.<\/p>\n<p>It is expected that quality projects that provide <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/75680\/\">Luxury real estate<\/a><\/strong> At the same time, it will activate the trading of these properties through the monetization of capital coming from abroad looking for exclusive investments and rewarding returns in the Saudi real estate market, which will enhance the attractiveness of the Kingdom as an investment destination, and may prompt international exchanges to increase interest in Saudi real estate assets, and possibly include them in the future in global real estate indices.<\/p>\n<p>With this historic decision, the Kingdom is laying the foundations of stability and great confidence for foreign investment, as owning a property enables one to do business with greater confidence as well as benefit from the promising economic opportunities offered in various sectors, and helps stimulate growth, which will have a pivotal role in opening new horizons for inward investments, and revitalizing the movement of financing and loans based on the mortgage, all these developments will be a new artery in the economy, and the decision is expected to stimulate alliances between companies and entrepreneurs with common interests and fields.<\/p>\n<p>This expansion will bring with it opportunities to develop innovative designs to suit the different nationalities that will be heading to the Kingdom, and may over time change the behavior and pattern of users of real estate products, which is a strong incentive to modernize standards and offer more modern and diverse housing solutions in the local market.<\/p>\n<p>The updated system expanded the geographical scope to include a number of cities (such as Riyadh and Jeddah), with special requirements in Mecca and Medina, and assigned the General Real Estate Authority to
