Concrete, gypsum and sand prices fell over the past month"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The prices of building materials in Saudi Arabia during June witnessed a remarkable variation, with<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/62297\/\"> Cement prices<\/a><\/strong> Prices of concrete and a range of basic materials used in the construction sector rose slightly, according to the latest data <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stats.gov.sa\/\">General Authority for Statistics<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the data, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/73556\/\">Cement prices<\/a> <\/strong>In the Saudi market during June 2025, the average price of black cement increased slightly on a monthly basis, rising by 0.1% to reach 15.8 riyals per bag, according to the Statistics Authority's report on average prices of goods and services.<\/p>\n<p>The price of white cement increased by 0.3% on a monthly basis, to record 38.4 riyals per 50-kilogram bag, continuing the trend of gradual rise in cement prices.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Ready-mixed concrete prices drop\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In contrast, the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/79382\/\"> Concrete prices<\/a><\/strong> ready-mixed concrete during the same period. The price of \u201c350 kg concrete\u201d decreased by 0.4% to reach 229.6 riyals per cubic meter, while the price of \u201c250 kg concrete\u201d decreased by 0.5% to 209.4 riyals.<\/p>\n<p>As for ordinary concrete, it also recorded a decline; the price of \u201cordinary concrete 350 kg\u201d amounted to 219.7 riyals, down by 0.5%, and \u201cordinary concrete 250 kg\u201d recorded a price of 200.8 riyals per cubic meter, down by 0.3% recorded a price of 200.8 riyals per cubic meter, down by 0.3%.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Gypsum and sand prices fall\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Concurrent with the drop in concrete prices, the prices of several basic building materials also fell.
