of innovative services that serve the market and support the role of the real estate broker in the comprehensive real estate system.<\/p>\n<p>The first session of <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80940\/\">Real Estate Brokerage Forum<\/a> Showcasing three main services aimed at real estate brokerage partners, primarily enabling brokers to display all their real estate projects of any type, whether ready-made units, land or properties for rent, through an advanced digital platform that includes more than 4.6 million active customers, providing an integrated marketing environment that directly and seamlessly connects supply and demand.<\/p>\n<p>Participants in the session emphasized that digital services for brokers contribute to expanding the options for customers and giving brokers greater access to different segments of beneficiaries, which enhances market efficiency, reduces the information gap, and increases transparency in real estate transactions.<\/p>\n<p>It was also emphasized that these initiatives come within the framework of ongoing efforts to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors, and empower brokers with marketing tools in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, through programs such as \u201cSakani\u201d and other leading national initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Participants agreed on the importance of continuing to hold such forums, which open direct dialogue with brokers and review experiences, challenges and solutions, stressing that the future of real estate brokerage will be increasingly digital, which requires both technical and organizational readiness.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80940\/\">Real Estate Brokerage
