investors passed through the Investment Excellence Center, an indicator that reflects the growing confidence in the municipal investment environment and the attractiveness of the opportunities offered in the cities and governorates of the region.<\/p>\n<p>Through its strategy, the Municipality seeks to promote economic diversification, improve the urban landscape, raise the quality of life, and introduce projects and opportunities in multiple sectors, including: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80629\/\">Real estate investment<\/a><\/strong>tourism, entertainment, and logistics, in addition to quality projects in the fields of environment and health, contributing to raising the quality of life and achieving sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>The Eastern Municipality explained that the qualitative projects come within a series of initiatives that attract investors and entrepreneurs in various sectors, as more than 95% of available investment assets have been invested, with annual revenues exceeding (2 billion) riyals, while the costs of the investment projects under implementation exceed (30) billion riyals, and this contributes to enhancing the elements of quality of life, achieving the concepts of financial sustainability, rationalizing costs, increasing spending efficiency, improving the level of services, and creating new tourist and recreational destinations.<\/p>\n<p>Another notable project is the development of Half Moon Beach in Dhahran, where more than 5 million square meters have been invested to create an integrated maritime destination, including a yacht marina, an entertainment city, a car circuit, a maritime academy, and a range of international resorts and hotels.<\/p>\n<p>The map of investment projects also includes the development of the Corniche in Dammam and Al Khobar Governorate, transforming them into mixed-use destinations that combine entertainment, commerce, and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/79640\/\">Tourism<\/a><\/strong>In line with the \u201cHumanizing Cities\u201d initiative, new projects to invest in public parks and establish specialized hospitals
