href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80902\/\"> Irregular and random zoning within buildings<\/a><\/strong>He emphasized that these practices pose a direct threat to public safety, weaken construction and complicate the management of residential facilities.<\/p>\n<p>During a phone call on Al-Ikhbariya TV, Al-Shammari stressed that tampering with the approved engineering plans through unauthorized breaking or modification work may lead to serious damage to the structural elements of the building, especially the load-bearing columns, which may put the building at risk of collapse or loss of structural cohesion.<\/p>\n<p>He added that buildings are implemented according to precise and thoughtful engineering designs, and any interference outside the authorized framework is a serious risk, stressing that \u201csome violations may affect pivotal structural elements, which is difficult to repair later.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Shammari's warnings were not limited to the technical aspect, but he also pointed out the serious security and organizational dimensions of these violations, explaining that they negatively affect the comfort of residents, confuse the management of the entire building, and hinder the efforts of the owners' association in regulating the relationship between the residential units and the service department.<\/p>\n<p>In light of these challenges, Al-Shammari stressed the importance of owners and investors adhering to the approved engineering instructions, and referring to the competent authorities before making any modifications inside the properties, in order to preserve the safety of lives and property.<\/p>\n<p>The warning comes at a time when some areas are witnessing increasing examples of informal subdivisions, especially in investment buildings, in the
