bin Mohammed Al-Sowat, yesterday, the \u201cHills of Al-Baha\u201d project implemented by the Cooperative Housing Association, on lands belonging to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/81067\/\">Ministry of Municipalities and Housing<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>He was briefed on the components of the project, which includes residential units that include apartments and standalone villas with architectural designs that are in line with the nature of the region and meet the desires of the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>After that, the Secretary of Al-Baha visited the Al-Izdhar residential plan and the Mufarja Hills plan, and was briefed on the completion rates and the quality of implementation of the works in them.<\/p>\n<p>During the tour, Dr. Ali Al-Swat stressed the importance of accelerating the pace of work on infrastructure projects and connecting basic services to residential schemes, which contributes to raising the quality of life and enhancing the efficiency of the urban environment in Al-Baha city, pointing out that these residential projects are a tributary in the urban development process and reflect the efforts of the
