This shift was not random, but rather the result of social, economic, and cultural changes, driven by Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and improve the quality of life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Significant growth in the entertainment sector<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to a report by the General Authority for Statistics (GAS), Saudi Arabia's entertainment sector recorded a growth of 15% in 2024 compared to the previous year, with expectations to continue growing at a CAGR of 12% until 2030. This growth reflects increased demand for leisure projects, such as tourist resorts, entertainment complexes, sports facilities, and others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recreational property: Its definition and components<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recreational real estate includes a variety of projects that aim to provide recreational and tourism experiences for citizens, residents, and visitors, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tourist resorts and hotels.<\/li>\n<li>Recreational complexes and parks.<\/li>\n<li>Sports centers and playgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>Cultural and artistic facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These projects not only provide entertainment services, but also create jobs, revitalize the local economy, and boost tourist attraction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The impact of recreational real estate on the economy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studies show that every riyal invested in recreational projects can generate an economic return of between 1.5 and 2 riyals, through tourist spending, job creation, and increased tax revenues.
