What does it have to do with the application?\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>He doesn't realize that this question is part of the professional methodology, not a personal intrusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The office has a right to know who is in front of it<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A licensed real estate office is not only a marketing link, it is responsible to the seller, buyer, tenant, and authorities. Therefore, it is their natural and professional right to know who their client is, for obvious practical reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Documentation of ordering and follow-up data.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a professional service when referring back to the client later.<\/li>\n<li>Clarify the identity of the person when transferring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is unbelievable when the property owner goes back to the broker and asks:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abWho is the client you sent?\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>The answer is: \u00abAbu so-and-so... or someone whose name I don't know!\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unrecognized nickname results: Problems<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This indiscriminate approach has resulted in many embarrassing and irregular situations, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers going directly to the property without coordination or permission.<\/li>\n<li>Access to private sites based on an ad-only site.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing unilaterally without a follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>In some cases, security authorities have even intervened as a result of the actions of an unidentified person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00abThis \u00bbAbu so-and-so\" is untraceable, unaccountable, and irresponsible, confusing the broker, embarrassing the owner, and damaging the office's reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Systemic controls: What do we need to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All licensed offices are required to accurately document client data, including three-dimensional name and contact information.<\/p>\n<p>This is never the case when dealing with a person who identifies himself only by a vague title or nickname, which violates the principle of professional transparency on which the regulated real estate sector is based.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quick comparison: How do other markets work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In global real estate markets - and even in the Gulf - no contact or inspection can be made without anonymity.<\/p>\n<p>Full name recognition is a basic requirement in any platform or office, and is considered a legal and ethical element.<\/p>\n<p>In some parts of the country, the \u00abnickname\u201d is still used as a substitute for personal identification, in the absence of adequate real estate education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Towards a new real estate consciousness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The current situation is not just an issue of individual behavior, but a reflection of a stereotype that has been reinforced through years of irregular interaction, and it is time to correct it.<\/p>\n<p>This requires educational and educational media campaigns, led by the Public Authority for Real Estate in cooperation with media organizations and statutory offices, to correct misconceptions and promote a culture of mutual trust based on disclosure and transparency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers have a right to privacy.<\/p>\n<p>But the real estate office also has a right to know who that person is.<\/p>\n<p>A real name is
