Non-Saudi natural person (resident and non-resident)<br \/>\n2. Non-Saudi companies (with or without a presence in the Kingdom)<br \/>\n3. Foreign nonprofit entities.<br \/>\n4. International representations and bodies (subject to reciprocity and with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).<br \/>\n5. Saudi companies whose capital is jointly owned by non-Saudis.<br \/>\n6.
