Announced Saudi Organization for Certified Valuers \u201cTaqeem\u201d<\/a><\/strong> \u0639The final list of candidates and voters in the elections for the Authority's Board of Directors<\/a><\/strong> For the next cycle (2025-2028), in a move that reflects the Authority's commitment to enhancing transparency and governance in the valuation sector in the Kingdom, which includes vital sectors, namely: Real Estate, Economic Establishments, Machinery and Equipment, and Vehicles.<\/p>\n

In its statement, the Election Supervisory Committee revealed the details of the final lists, which included an elite group of national experts accredited in various fields of evaluation, and the distribution of candidates was as follows:<\/p>\n

Real estate sector: The real estate sector witnessed the largest number of candidates with eight prominent names, most notably: Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwayer, Badr Rafiullah Banan Al-Omari, Abdullah Ahmed Al-Gharabi, Ali Mohammed Al-Omran, and others, indicating the vitality of this sector and the importance of its representation in the next board of directors.<\/p>\n

Economic Enterprises Sector: Two specialized candidates, namely: Moaz Ahmed Ibrahim Ibrahim Al Khalaf and Ahmed Mohammed Abdullah Al Omari, who represent leading expertise in evaluating businesses and economic establishments.<\/p>\n

The machinery and equipment sector: Represented on the list by Abdullah Mohamed Ibrahim Elias, reflecting the urgent need to value this type of industrial and commercial assets.<\/p>\n

The automotive sector: Abdulrahim Mohammed Abdulkarim Inani and Nayef Abdulaziz Fahd Al-Na'im, signaling the importance of developing valuation processes in the automotive market, whether for individuals or financial entities.<\/p>\n

The Election Supervisory Committee confirmed the start of the electoral campaign period from August 2, 2025 until August 9, 2025, according to the approved timetable for the electoral process, giving candidates the opportunity to present their electoral programs and their future plans in developing the appraisal sector and upgrading the profession of certified appraisers in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The Commission called on voters and interested parties to review the full details of the final lists of candidates and voters on the Commission's website: [www.taqeem.gov.sa](http:\/\/taqeem.gov.sa), to ensure effective participation and to familiarize themselves with the updated names and data before the start of voting.<\/p>\n

JISC emphasizes transparency<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Election Supervisory Committee, chaired by Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Rashed, with members Musfar bin Yahya Al-Qahtani and Abdullah bin Ayed Al-Qahtani, reaffirmed its commitment to applying the highest standards of integrity and transparency, and providing an electoral environment that ensures equal opportunities among candidates, in order to achieve the aspirations of the Authority's members and support professional evaluation practices in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that the current elections come in light of the ongoing efforts of the Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers (Taqeem) to develop the valuation profession in Saudi Arabia and raise the quality and efficiency of valuers, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve the business environment and enhance confidence in the real estate and financial market.<\/p>\n
