He pointed out that all items contained therein are subject to voting by the owners and occupants of jointly-owned units.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the document aims to establish clear foundations for managing associations, including organizing membership, defining the powers of the general assembly, the duties of the board of directors, the mechanism of financial contributions, managing common
