Achievements and challenges"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Real Estate Advertising Controls Achievements and Challenges<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Abdulhadi Alzahrani<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Since the General Authority for Real Estate started regulating the real estate brokerage business and issuing the executive regulations of the real estate brokerage system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and starting to educate the real estate community about the controls and procedures necessary to start the activities and licenses required to acquire the eligibility to work for many works such as property management, development and real estate marketing, and here we talk specifically about the real estate marketing brokerage business.<\/p>\n<p>We clearly saw some achievements as final outputs as a result of these great efforts, which are manifested in the emergence of specialized real estate brokerage and marketing institutions and companies with organized work and institutional identity, which contributed to the appearance of the product in a positive and upscale manner, and also contributed to the interest of young people to join this business and change the previous perception of brokerage work and give these companies and institutions a job security characteristic for them.<\/p>\n<p>There are also clear challenges for everyone through the excesses of many individuals and real estate owners on the regulations and controls and minimizing their importance due to many reasons that we must study and address.<\/p>\n<p>Most of these violations are either for personal interests to obtain the highest possible benefit without any regulatory considerations, and this is at the expense of the product and the output of the entire real estate market, avoiding the documentation of rights and evading the required obligations.<\/p>\n<p>The management of real estate by unlicensed individuals in an indiscriminate manner, which maximizes private interest without regard to the market value of the property, which is a strong influence on the quality of the product and the difficulty of monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>In order to ensure the success of this wonderful project, it is essential that everyone -
