\nCandidate Bandar Dhaifallah Al Omari, who holds an associate degree in real estate valuation and an associate degree in business administration, presented a comprehensive election program that focuses on four main axes: Activating the residents' voice, promoting transparent governance, building strategic partnerships, and supporting digital transformation.
\nAl-Omari has extensive experience as a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Council of Saudi Chambers, as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Medina, in addition to being the deputy sheikh of the real estate community in Medina. He also served as a member of a number of real estate and commercial committees, and contributed to the establishment and management of leading companies in the field of real estate.
\nIn his election vision, Al-Omari emphasized his keenness to develop the authority's performance by utilizing modern technologies and artificial intelligence, and building partnerships with government and private entities to exchange experiences and raise the efficiency of members. He also pledged to activate digital transformation initiatives to provide integrated e-services that facilitate the use of residents and keep pace with developments.
\nAl-Omari called on residents to actively participate in the elections, in which the voting phase begins on August 10, 2025, and ends on August 17, 2025, at 12 noon, stressing that their participation will contribute to creating a better future for the real estate valuation profession in the Kingdom.
