Infrastructure projects in Riyadh region start applying the code"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I declare\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ripc.gov.sa\/ar\">Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center<\/a><\/strong>Enter \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RIPC_KSA\/status\/1947586623278874988\">Infrastructure Projects Code<\/a><\/strong>\u201dIt is a unified regulatory and technical guide for infrastructure projects and a unified reference for government and service entities, contractors, consultants, and laboratories to enable them to access the technical and regulatory requirements needed to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor infrastructure works.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/79867\/\">\u00a0Infrastructure<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0In projects related to telecommunications services, energy, water, sewage, roads, etc., including projects of government and private entities and major projects, in the entire Riyadh region, including the capital, Riyadh, and the governorates and villages in the region.<\/p>\n<p>It is intended<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/81082\/\">\u00a0Infrastructure Projects Code<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>The code covers the stages of the project life cycle, starting from project planning, through obtaining the necessary licenses, notification of commencement, execution of works, development of a traffic plan, safety and environmental measures, to the final closure of the site, where the code includes many standards and controls related to safety and barriers, licenses, quality of implementation, site cleanliness, signs and information, dust and waste control, and easy access to homes and public facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The Infrastructure Code contributes to raising the quality of work and the level of compliance, improving the field environment of projects, ensuring the safety of residents, pedestrians and workers in projects, and enhancing the flow of work without affecting daily life, as the code requires contractors to provide safe corridors, coordinate traffic, secure the site around the clock, install identification boards with standardized specifications, place warning lights, clean the site on a daily basis, and update permits periodically.<\/p>\n<p>Since the launch of the code, the Infrastructure Projects Center in Riyadh has conducted more than 25 workshops and meetings to introduce service agencies and contractors to what is included in this code, what it regulates, and the most prominent standards mentioned in it, to ensure the effectiveness of the application and promote partnership in the optimal application of the code, and achieve the objectives of enhancing the quality of life, improving the urban landscape, and achieving spending efficiency in infrastructure projects.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
