The National Housing Company (NHC<\/a><\/strong>) has announced that the first phase of Turf, one of its latest luxury residential projects, has been fully booked in less than 24 hours, reflecting the high demand for the project and the growing confidence in the quality of the company's products.<\/p>\n

The Turf project is located in Khazam destination<\/a> <\/strong>North of the capital, Riyadh, it is a modern model of a luxurious compound-style community available to all, offering an integrated residential experience in a safe and carefully designed environment, to meet the aspirations of customers looking for a high-end lifestyle.<\/p>\n

The project includes more than 2,000 residential units ranging from villas to townhouses, with areas ranging from 247 to 445 square meters, while offering competitive prices that provide quality ownership opportunities in an integrated urban environment.<\/p>\n
