during the second quarter of 2025, after a period of activity and prosperity, as the main indicators showed significant decreases compared to the first quarter of this year, in a development that reflects a state of hesitation in buying and selling decisions in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Data from the real estate bourse and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moj.gov.sa\/\">Ministry of Justice<\/a><\/strong> on the devaluation of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/81054\/\">Real estate deals<\/a> <\/strong>Residential in Riyadh by more than 63.5%, dropping from SAR 24.5 billion in the first quarter to just SAR 8.95 billion in the second quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The decline was not limited to monetary value, but also included the number of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80095\/\"> Real estate deals<\/a> <\/strong>The number of transactions decreased by 57.5%, from 20,557 to 8,740, while the number of properties traded fell by 58.4%,
