Al-Haqeel, began an official visit to<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/78634\/\"> Aseer region<\/a> <\/strong>The two-day event, which aims to follow up on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/79818\/\">Development projects<\/a><\/strong>In addition to launching new initiatives and signing a number of agreements that support the municipal services sector, as part of the ministry's efforts to achieve balanced development and keep pace with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<br \/>\nHis Excellency will inspect a number of quality projects that contribute to improving the infrastructure, urban landscape and quality of life, most notably the \u201cDevelopment of Wadi Al Mansak\u201d project, as well as the launch of the \u201cAl Multaqa Association for Neighborhood Centers\u201d, which aims to enhance community participation and local activities in order to consolidate the concepts of comprehensive and sustainable development.<br \/>\nThe Minister will also sign an agreement to privatize a number of public parks in partnership with the private sector to operate and develop them in order to achieve financial sustainability and raise the quality of services provided to visitors, in addition to signing a cooperation agreement with King Khalid University within the initiative to qualify national cadres, which contributes to enabling young talents to contribute to the development of the municipal sector.<br \/>\nHis Excellency will hold an open meeting with local investors to review the investment opportunities available in infrastructure and housing projects, emphasizing the importance of providing an attractive and stimulating environment for the private sector and achieving balanced economic growth in the region.<br \/>\nMinister Al Haqeel will meet with King Khalid University students in an open dialogue aimed at enhancing youth awareness of their role in urban development, stressing that building cities starts with a conscious and engaged human being in shaping their future.<br \/>\nAs an extension of the \u201cMajab\u201d program, which aims to support the employees of the Asir Municipality and give them the opportunity to own property in the residential program, His Excellency handed over the keys of a number of housing units to the most needy employees, in a step that reflects the Ministry's interest in empowering its cadres and enhancing their stability and quality of life.<br \/>\nThe visit program will conclude with a field tour of a number of projects in Abha city and Khamis Mushait governorate, to review the progress of work and completion rates, follow up the performance of the executive teams, and hold a meeting with Asir Municipality leaders to review performance indicators, discuss mechanisms to improve services, and promote innovation in the implementation of projects to meet the aspirations of citizens, residents and visitors.<br \/>\nThe visit
