destination<\/a><\/strong>\u201cIn a move that reflects its commitment to developing an integrated urban environment that supports economic and investment activities and meets the needs of the population.<\/p>\n<p>The leasable area of the new projects exceeds 15,000 square meters, providing various commercial options capable of accommodating multiple activities, making this phase an important turning point in supporting the economic and service structure of the destination.<\/p>\n<p>The\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/65393\/\">Cavalry destination<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThe largest projects <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/81654\/\">NHC<\/a> <\/strong>On the level of the Kingdom, it extends over an area of more than 35 million square meters, and includes more than 50,000 residential units, designed according to the principles of modern urban planning that integrates advanced infrastructure with various facilities and wide green spaces.<\/p>\n<p>These projects come in line with NHC's vision to create integrated residential communities based on quality of life, and in support of the goals of the Housing Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - to raise the percentage of residential ownership to 70%.<\/p>\n<p>The list of commercial facilities approved in this phase includes: 8 neighborhood centers with an area of more than 15,000 square meters, Naseej Al Forsan Neighborhood Center with an area of 800 square meters, in addition to Al Forsan Plaza, which extends over an area of 4,500 square
