This measure aims to push landowners to develop or sell their land, thereby contributing to increasing the supply of land and achieving balance in the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>The regulation also covers all uses of<a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80503\/\"> White land<\/a> The uses subject to the fees will be determined by a decision of the minister, according to the geographical characteristics of each city.<\/p>\n<p>Among the important provisions of the new update is the application of fees to land with an area or total area of 5,000 square meters or more, whether owned by a single owner within the city or spread over more than one location.<\/p>\n<p>These amendments represent a new step in regulating the real estate market, curbing monopolistic practices, and supporting sustainable urban development efforts in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>The updates aim to promote urban development and stimulate the investment of unutilized land, and set more comprehensive and clear mechanisms to apply the fees according to the priorities of urban development in various Saudi cities.<\/p>\n<p><a
